The 165m2 house can host up to 9 adults in 5 bedrooms comfortably.

Nearby Puerto Cayo you can visit the dreamy Frailes beach, the sulfur baths of Aguas Blancas and Galapagos-like Isla de la Plata. Its also a great place to see the humpback whales from June to August.

The space
5000m2 of the property 7000m2 are enclosed with a bamboo fence. Inside the lot you have a fire-pit, gardens, vegetable and fruit patches and parking spaces.

The house is 130 m2 with a 35m2 sea-facing porch.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, closet, small desk and TV. There are 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, wardrobe and one has a small desk. The other bedroom has a bunkbed with the bottom bunk being a queen size bed and the top bunk is full size. These 3 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms that are outside the room.

The living space features an open kitchen concept with two dining tables that can be separated to fit 8. There is also a living room with 65" TV with Netflix, Disney+ and more. There are 3 bamboo sofas to relax while watching TV with comfortable pillows and blankets. The kitchen features various different appliances, a large french door fridge and a 2 in 1 washing and drying machine.

The porch has two grills, one for smaller BBQs and another for larger BBQs . It also has 4 bamboos sofas for relaxing outside. It also has a dining space for 4 people. There is also another collapsible table which can be set up for outdoor dining. There are 3 hammocks which can be set up in the pergola.

About my two places: Guayaquil is a vivid city with many things to do like going to Malecón 2000, Puerto Santa, Parque histórico, take boat trips in the Guayas River. Salinas is a very nice beach with all the facilities of a middle size city, the apartment has a spectacular view and it is closed to many restaurants, Salinas Yatch Club and beaches.
