Whether its for work, play, or just family time, this is a nice clean country home with no immediate neighbors to worry about and a good sized private back yard. Very safe area and located in a nice spot just outside of Fort Recovery. Good size living quarters and a place to relax. The place is about set up! The only thing left is updating the HVAC....currently propane wall heat. My family and I enjoy hosting guest and hope to continue that. Enjoy your stay! I look forward to hosting you!!

Other things to note
Until I get my HVAC (central air/heat pump with propane back-up) fully installed, I will have a propane wall heaters that is the main source of heat for the house. These are fairly basic and easy to use, but I wanted to make sure you were aware.
