The house is located in the city of Santurce, 6 minutes from the international airport. It is also only 7 minutes from old San Juan, 10 minutes from Piñones, a place where you can visit its beaches and enjoy its Puerto Rican cuisine. If you like to visit the largest shopping center in the Caribbean, only 10 minutes away you have Plaza las Americas! Beaches such as Isla Verde Beach, Condado Beach and El Escambron Beach are also just minutes from the property! If you don't have a car, steps from the property there are several fast food and just by crossing the pedestrian bridge you can get to La Calle Loiza, a place where you will find gastronomic variety, souvenirs shops, local goods, crafts, boutiques and nightlife very close to the ocean park beach. The Art Museum of Puerto Rico is only 4 minutes away from the house.
