Well appointed renovated 2 bedroom Apartment in a historical quirky 1903 building, close to Downtown Kalamazoo and the action. Farmers market, brew pubs, restaurants, night clubs, shopping, etc. Close to Bronson Hospital & Children's Hospital, and a wide range of Boutiques and business's. The apartment comes with a full kitchen, Washer & Dryer, Leather lounge, cable, Wifi , ready to relax in when your day is done, free off street parking. The space
Apartment 1 has 2 separate Bedrooms providing sleeping for up to 4 people, you are renting the whole apartment and NOT sharing it. The main bedroom has access to the rear covered deck/patio and both bedrooms have window air conditioners in the warmer months. In the apartment you will find a full sized kitchen, a dining room and a separate lounge room. This apartment comes with its own private washer and dryer (guests need to supply their own cloths washing detergent).

This is an old industrial/residential mixed area of downtown Kalamazoo that is being revived and undergoing transformation, our building was built in 1903 and is also being renovated while we try to keep the "Industrial" look. We recommend trying, Black Owl Cafe for awesome coffee and food, Visit The Union brew pub for live music, good food and a good range of beers and cocktails. Other great food options include Food Dance, Principle, Zazios to mention a few.
The Apartment building is located in a small, transitional diverse neighborhood located less than 1 mile from Downtown Kalamazoo, Borges and Bronson Hospital are approximately 1.4 miles away.
This neighborhood is undergoing revitalization and although a lot of work has been done to update the neighborhood, there are a few owners that are slower than others to start renovating their properties. You will see kids riding their bikes and young families walking their dogs. You may also see a driver driving down the street or playing their music loudly. Afterall embracing diversity is the key to a harmonious life.
