Corner apartment located on the 12th floor with stunning ocean and city’s views from all areas. Private beach access and adult’s and children’s pool. Oceanfront room with private balcony. Centric location to tourists destination, supermarkets and shopping malls. Within walking distance to many local food’s, adventure’s, bars and restaurants. Excellent location for couples or traveler’s workers.

The space
Playa Luna is located at the corner 12th floor on west tower. Meaning that corner west apartment’s are the only one’s you can experience both ocean and city views. In our space you can enjoy them from the bedroom, living room and even cooking in our kitchen. Bedroom has a queen bed with private balcony where you can see the ocean laying in bed. Can have the experience of sleep with the sliding door open and hear the ocean sound while relaxing. Downstairs in the condominium can have fun at the pool area or walk to the beach from the private beach access located next to the pool. Also, you can walk a short distance about 2 minutes and get to La Pared beach where you’ll find food trucks, restaurants, bars and nice night life.

Free parking spot, wifi and laundry available. Fully equipped apartment.

Playa Luna is located at 15 minutes drive away from “El Yunque Rainforest”, 15 minutes drive away from Bioluminescence Bay “ Laguna Grande, 25 minutes drive away from Luis Muñoz Marin Airport and 30 minutes drive away from “San Juan” or Condados.

Tourists destination excellent to hang around at La Pared beach. A variety of restaurants, bar’s and local activities within walking distance. Surf beach to travelers surfer’s. Very safe with a police station nearby.
