The space
The Sail Loft is a fantastically renovated 2 bedroom apartment set on the ground floor of a Grade II listed building beside the wharf in Penryn with stunning water views and ample space for up to 5 guests. With designated private parking, The Sail Loft makes for a wonderful Cornish escape for a family and stunning water views.

Laid out over one floor, The Sail Loft is a truly unique property with wonderful original features and a characterful interior. Once entering the apartment, guests are instantly greeted with the large open plan, lounge/diner with wooden flooring and exposed white stonework – the space is bright and airy, with a really cosy feel.

The living area of this large room boasts a comfortable corner sofa and arm chair with a smart TV mounted on the wall. The dining area, with large wooden table, is space enough for all guests to gather around and enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal. Two of the three windows in the lounge area have views over the wharf - boasting beautiful views throughout the whole day.

The kitchen is positioned to the rear of this space and complete with neutral cabinets and worktop, is also a light and bright room. There is an electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.

There are two bedrooms within the apartment. Bedroom one features a double bed, whilst Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed - Double on the bottom and single above - sleeping 3 in total. Both bedrooms boast plentiful drawer space and hanging facilities to ensure clothes can be neatly tucked away. Both bedrooms are decorated with neutral tones and have a huge amount of character, with exposed beams and stone walls.

The bathroom is easily accessible from both the bedrooms. Featuring a large bath and with electric shower above.
