Behind a small grove, the bungalow is discreetly located behind a notary office. with two mini-service centers 1-2 min. walking distance. The little gazebo that dresses the front door gives the impression that a stop time is necessary. A short walk will get you to a small park that encourages you to take a meditative walk. Everything in the bungalow is new, you get a workspace, free parking, an outdoor electrical outlet, smart TV and 5G wifi., desk.

The bungalow is a stone's throw walking distance from many amenities and services eg. METRO, IGA, GIANT TIGER, PHARMACY, ATHLETIC CENTER, RESTAURANTS, CREDIT UNION, HAIRDRESSERS, and a short 3 min. drive will get you to “Les Galleries du Cap” shopping centre for the cinemas etc. Two doors down is bus stop for your convenient and a 5 min. drive will get you across the St. Maurice river to Trois-Rivières, where you will find many more places to discover in our historic town. Some of these include the “Old Forge National Park du Saint-Maurice” and other historic buildings in the area.
