Beautiful ocean view condo directly on beach with private pool and elevator. Excellent location in Murrells Inlet, SC and short walk to Garden City Pier, restaurants and other beach attractions. Condo recently renovated to include all modern amenities, including Smart TV and cable, internet service, large oceanview balcony, fully equipped kitchen with island, dry bar with wine refrigerator, new queen size bed & updated modern furnishings throughout the unit. Minimum age to book unit is 25 years.

Other things to note
Guests will be required to bring the following items:
- Bed Linens (Queed-size bed in bedroom & Full-size sleeper sofa living room
- Bath and beach towels
There is a local linen rental company, Palmetto Linen Rentals, that you may contact to rent bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels

All other amenities such as plates, silverware, cookware, coffee makers, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. are available for your use during your stay.
