The Nest Seagrove is a blissful mid century modern meets old Florida style 2 story townhome located in Seagrove Beach - the heart and soul of 30A. The home has been entirely renovated and all furniture and amenities are new.

The property is a 7 minute walk from county beach access One Seagrove. It is walkable to many restaurants, but set in a tranquil tree house-esque environment with 2 pools, new tennis courts and walking trails leading to a state park. All supplies and amenities are included.

The space
The Nest Seagrove has been entirely renovated and everything is new for you and 2022. All new furniture, mattresses, linens, towels and fun amenities await you. We provide ALL SUPPLIES you will need to bring your family to the beach!

Spend a perfect day at our kids call "the white sand beach" where the sugary sand is powder soft and doesn't get hot. Grab the Tommy Bahama Backpack Beach Chairs and Umbrella and let the kids pick from a selection of beach toys and floats before a quick 7 min walk to a county beach access directly across the street. Once you've had your R&R, head back to The Nest and wash off your sandy toes at the spigot in the front of the home. Someone is likely going to want to take a dip in the refreshing pool steps from the front door, or be one to the first to whip up a gourmet meal for 6 in the chef's kitchen, complete with a brand new Samsung stove, microwave and quartz topped counters.

Serve a steak or portobella mushroom dinner grilled to perfection on the Weber propane grill, served on crisp white Pottery Barn catering dishes. Don't feel like cooking? We don't blame you ... walk to Goatfeather's Seafood Market across the street and ask for a pound of steamed shrimp and enjoy it on the stylish and uber comfortable outdoor table or West Elm Farmhouse Dining set.

After a nice dinner, lounge on the West Elm Harmony Sofa and turn on the 55" LG 4K TV and pick up right where you left off on your favorite series by using the Roku streaming service in Guest Mode. Or, send the kiddos upstairs to play the latest X-Box One game console in the too cool for school built in bunk room that can sleep 4 adults. Come back together again for a board game, or chapter from one of the classics before walking a mere 300 feet to the ice cream parlor. Sometimes we prefer to skip the ice cream and indulge in a glass of crisp, chilled rose on the porch swing off the primary bedroom balcony once the kiddos are in bed. There's nothing more relaxing than being enveloped in nature but knowing everything you could want is walking distance from your door.

The Nest is nestled in the best kept secret along 30A - Cassine Gardens. The neighborhood features 2 community pools - one steps from the front door of the unit, along the newly resurfaced tennis courts. An enchanting boardwalk nature trail can also be found behind the home which leads to Point Washington State Forest. Go for as short or as long as a walk as you want - the world is your oyster with this incredible blend of convenience and tranquility.

Hi, I'm Mari. I enjoy interior design, street festivals, reading, being outdoors and anything relating to the water. I could float in a pool, lake or ocean all day if I had the opportunity. Which is rare, considering I'm a stay at home parent to three incredible human beings - a preschooler, a toddler and a newborn.

My idea of an amazing vacation with friends is sleeping in, and then taking on an adventure activity like hiking or kayaking. My perfect family trip means having a great space for the kids to play, a well equipped kitchen to cook meals, and going on a low key outing like biking, visiting the beach, playground or nearby woods.

We try to replicate what we look for when we travel into our spaces. I love hosting and look forward to sharing our Nest with you. I'll do my best to make your stay comfortable and provide the amenities to make traveling a little bit easier.
