A lofted 1 bedroom with King bed, living room, small kitchen and fair size shower bathroom. Interior in native spruce log and plank. A covered deck of 262sqft with private hot tub. This is a stand alone structure about 35ft from main house. Completion date was May20th starting operations 05/25/2022 thru Oct 15th. Photos are very current with grass and rock designs for a fully fenced yard. This cabin is very classy rustic appeal. Wood works are from bettle kill Alaska spruce. Tim & I. built it.ll

Chugiak is a rural sub community of Anchorage, 23min. by 4 lane highway from downtown Anchorage , about 30 min. from airport. Adjacent Eagle River is a bedroom community with shopping and bar & dining choices a few minutes away. Palmer - Wasilla is 15 to 20 min. North of us by 4 lane Hwy. There is close access to hiking and parks. Some local lakes are rainbow stocked.

Just opened an airbnb here at our home after major all new remodel. We are labrador lovers and have 3 . I had Fising guide business areas north of Anchorage for 5 years and I completed the Iditarod in 1993 .
