The space
The townhome can sleep 5 guests comfortably or 6 guest when using the futon.

It has:
- two bedrooms with two large beds (1x Queen/Full-XL size per room)
- third bedroom with a bunk bed (bottom being a full & top bunk is a single)
- and a general futon & desk area available in the loft area
- one full bathroom
- one half bath
- full kitchen
- living/dining area
- a front deck
- a rear patio
*In general, the bedrooms rooms are approximately 12'x12'

*No smoking & No pets

We are located not too far from the entrance to Hidden Valley (about halfway up the hill once you've entered Hidden Valley.
-- We have a great view of the slopes through some large windows! And, while you are able to walk to the slopes (~500yds), there is a ski shuttle that can be contacted to more easily get to them (as in the main lift area by the 'clocktower').

Also:
- There’s free parking for the tenants of the property right out front of the unit!
- There's also resort security patrolling the area.

The townhome is located very close to the Hidden Valley Ski Slopes and the main attractions - for example: the ski lifts, trout fishing lakes, Forbes State Forest, hiking trails are within a few minutes’ walk. *We'll include a map & phone numbers in the unit for your reference

The Hidden Valley ski shuttle stops right outside of the unit to take you on the 500yrd journey to the slopes! :)

The Laurel Highlands of PA has so much to do!
Of course, you can experience all of the amenities of Hidden Valley already mentioned as well as the excellent golf course! Or you could venture out to visit Seven Springs Resort, Fallingwater, Ohiopyle, and Laurel Mountain!

While there are a couple of restaurants located in Hidden Valley, there are many within a 15-20min drive. Some of our favorite nearby restaurants include:
> Out of The Fire (Delicious upscale cafe)
> Silver Horse Coffee (Wonderful coffee and dessert shop)
> Oakhurst Tea Room (Traditional comfort food & buffet)
> Moo Echo Dairy (Great farm shop with basic food, local dairy products, coffee, etc.)

Check-in (after 9am)/Check-out (any time before noon) is typically performed remotely. We just ask that you ring the doorbell to inform us that you have arrived & to say hello!

Then, upon arrival, the door lock can simply be accessed by a unique guest code for the duration of the stay (for the safety of our guests, the code changes promptly after the stay) -- The guest code will be messaged to our guests before each of their stays.
