This means there’s only a few feet between you and the sand, and no cars driving on the sand area. Please note that this property is a duplex.

The space
You will have access to your entire side of the building. There are no shared spaces, just a shared wall between the 2 units. Both sides are available to be rented out together. There is a door between the units that is kept locked on both sides, but can be left unlocked should you desire the entire building, which would be a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (each side is a mirror image).
