The accommodation is open plan with a full size double bed, and a sofa bed that converts to a double bed. A travel cot can included upon request.

There is a fully functioning kitchen complete with electric hob, oven & fridge. Outside there is a Weber charcoal BBQ for guests use (fuel not included).

The floating boat house is located within Carrickreagh Bay on Lough Erne. We are 5 minutes from Lough Erne Golf Resort, which has the fabulous Thai Spa, Faldo Golf Course, and numerous dining options.

From the shore at the floating boat house, you can walk along the loughshore to Ely Lodge Forest and Carrickreagh view point.

There is a jetty at the floating boathouse with launching facilities close by at Camagh Bay, which makes it ideal for water-sport enthusiasts.

There are various water sport providers in the area which can provide canoe & stand up paddle board hire - please contact us for further details!
