This loft has been my primary residence for the last 3 years, and I’m very happy to share my space. My place has beautiful natural light and it’s amazing for pictures. The bottom floor of the loft are studios for locals artists, and the rest of the floors are residential. There’s a full kitchen, an assortment of vinyls and a record player, a pullout couch, and blackout curtains.

There is a full kitchen in the loft, a spacious bathroom, a closet and a large storage space. There is a laundry room on the first floor you’re welcome to use.

The loft has its own gated parking area, with public transportation right outside. The drive to downtown Fort Worth is only a few minutes, and the convention center and the water gardens are 3-4 minutes away. I wouldn’t recommend walking around this area as it is located in the missions district, so there are a lot of people living outside where the outreach programs are. It’s a shocking reality that is quite literally right outside your door. As I’ve mentioned, I’ve lived on the property for the last 3 years with no problems from the people outside. The people around here are very respectful, usually quiet, and they keep to themselves. If you stay long enough you’ll probably have the pleasure of meeting my neighbors, we all know each other very well and it’s a very tight-knit community of beautiful, multi-faceted people. The area itself is surrounded by murals, art, and the beautiful architecture of downtown Fort Worth. Transportation by car is highly recommended in this area.
