This spacious studio apartment is ideal for one or two travelers. It is newly renovated in a gated community located in a prime and safe location in Calangute. The kitchenette is equipped with a single induction cooktop, kettle, toaster and basic cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Apartment cleaning and linen change is done on every third day. Parking is available inside the complex. Vehicle rentals are easily available though most places are within walking distance including the beach!

The space
The AC apartment is clean, airy and has a comfortable balcony that is suitable for smokers as smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. The furniture is practical, with new mattresses that are very comfortable. The kitchenette is suitable for basic cooking. Laundry facilities are available.

You will be pleasantly surprised with the location as inside the complex it is very quiet and peaceful. But if you just step outside you're on the main Calangute-Candolim road within walking distance to the beach (7 mins), supermarkets, chemists, bars & restaurants, boutiques, hospitals and even a swanky Decathlon store!
