The room is in a quiet neighbourhood and has a very nice view towards the east overlooking the seaside. It's very bright but has window blinds which make it almost fully dark. The apartment also has a big balcony to the west with a dinner table and a couch.

In the living area there is a cage with 2 guinea pigs, who are harmless and quiet, but I mention it here in case someone is allergic. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and a very small one.

The space
The room is furnished with a sleeping couch which is 2m x 1.4m when it's extended, a desk, a cupboard and a shelf. Guests arriving with a car can use the guest parking. Generally the area is very safe and quiet.

The apartment is located close to a small beach and a hilltop overlooking the area (both a 5min walk away). To the city center it is a few bus stops or a 10min bike ride. The next supermarket is also around the corner (a 3min walk).T
