Lovely apartment with cheerful and colorful decor, all very clean, located in a very quiet area of downtown Seville. You can walk to all the monuments and tourist attractions. Well connected to the bus network, Santa Justa trains that is about a 15-minute walk away where the bus stop to the Airport is also. Nearby you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bookstores and all kinds of shops.

The space
The building consists of two blocks separated by an interior patio with some benches and plants. The apartment is a third floor consisting of 3 rooms, one occupied by me and the others for guests. The apartment is away from noise from the street and city traffic.
Although I like the tranquility of the home, I spend much of the day at work, which makes the apartment quiet.
The living room is the meeting place, with a large wall-to-wall window (3m) that makes it a cozy home full of natural light, with plants that refresh the place and the view. It is not currently shared, although there is a dining table that guests can use.
I have quality WiFi connection with 300 Mb of symmetric fiber.

The apartment is located in the center of Seville, in the same Plaza de los Terceros where there are emblematic bars such as "Los Claveles" or "El Rinconcillo" (the oldest bar in Seville since 1670) where you can try typical tapas of Seville cuisine. Also in our street we have the theater "room zero" and just 10 minutes away is the Metropol Parasol de la Encarnación or also called locally as "Las Mushrooms" and a few meters away the central streets of shops such as Sierpes and Triana.
The neighborhood is quiet, we are very close to Ponce de León square which is currently the stop area for multiple bus lines that connect with the rest of the city. Nearby we have the Santa Justa station from which you can take both the Ave and commuter trains.
In the vicinity there are DAY supermarkets, Supersol, MAS, Carrefour express and Covirán.
A few minutes away we have the emblematic Alameda de Hercules, a meeting place for families and young people with many bars for breakfast, afternoon coffee or
if you prefer to have a drink at night, in addition to children's playgrounds, cultural and musical activities throughout the year, for all this it is a perfect place for family recreation and for young people.
