If you're looking for a dream getaway in the heart of Crystal Beach - this is your beach home. We are located in the picturesque gated community of Crystal Beach Tennis and Yacht Club, our home features a spacious open concept living with stunning views from all angles.

This house has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and is just a few steps away from the private section of Bay Beach. Listen to the waves from our large front porch, cozy up by the fireplace and relish in the ambiance of your surroundings.

The space
3 bedrooms. 4 bathrooms (2 full, 2 half). 4 car parking on the driveway with Electric Vehicle charger available. Fast Wifi. Nest thermostat. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes: marble countertops and island, large pantry, farmhouse sink, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster oven, toaster, microwave, stove (upgraded in '21), dishwasher, air fryer, kettle, mini blender, rice cooker, crock pot, cookware, dinnerware, utensils, complimentary coffee, tea and more.

Our house is located on the premier waterfront street of Promenade Way. You get natural light all day - the home operates on Pella sliding doors connecting the indoor and outdoor space to the front of the house with views of Lake Erie. Large windows throughout. Bright and airy. The main floor is completely open and perfect for entertaining your family. Gather around the fireplace and watch unlimited TV/movies on the android box. Enjoy the serene ambiance from our front porch or second floor balcony, play a game of tennis or swim in the heated, salt-water pool.

Our house is the 3rd house from the gated community private beach entrance. There are thousands of people that visit Bay Beach everyday. Enjoy the luxury of using the private section of the beach that is cleaned everyday and the comfort of being just steps away from the beach house.

You may use our beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella etc. The sunroom has some board games and is perfect for reading and lounging. The back porch has a natural gas BBQ. There is an outdoor shower at the side of the house to wash the sand off your feet after some fun in the sun. This is the perfect getaway out of the city to enjoy the beautiful town of Crystal Beach with your family.
