The space
This is a private basement suite that is accessible using the front door. This unit does not have access to yard space. The space is a large open room with a good amount of natural light as well as six pots lights to make it nice and bright. You will enjoy a queen-sized bed and a nice living area with a leather sofa bed. You have a standing shower and toilet combo.

This space can run hot or cold depending on the season. This is for two reasons: it is a basement and it has three air vents coming directly from the furnace into a small space. You are in full control of the vents and I invite you to open or close them as needed.
