Welcome to Lake View Terrace, a unique and comfortable 3 bed, 3 bath character home nestled in the scenic town of Youbou. Enjoy the gorgeous scenery from our hottub terrace, integrated into the hill. Prepare dinner with our chef-approved kitchen and enjoy your meal on a custom farmhouse dining table. Year round recreation is available on beautiful Lake Cowichan. Play games and enjoy wood burning fireplace in the cooler months. Adult limit 7, but more children may be accommodated.

The space
· Central air conditioning and heating (heat pump), with additional wood burning fireplace.
· Full chef kitchen complete with standard pantry items, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, glassware and cooking basics (salt, pepper, oil, etc).
· Modern fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.
· Take in the beautiful views from your choice of two terraced patios. Top features large 6 person hot tub and propane fire table.
· One king bedroom, and one queen bedroom upstairs. Custom double murphy bed in large living room, with couches. Double bed in third bedroom downstairs. Futon available for downstairs den on request. Upstairs bedroom has a Pack 'N Play, or twin fold out foam bed for kids. Comfortable foldout queen mattress also available on request.
· Three modern bathrooms.
