Surrounded by the stunning Yorkshire Dales, this quaint stone built cottage offers a fabulous base for two from which to explore the area.

You can enjoy perusing the quirky independent shops, delicious tea rooms and wonderful pubs serving a hearty meal.

The space
Be amongst the first to stay in this beautiful central located 1 bedroom cottage in Richmond, conveniently situated at Nuns Close Car Park offering free on site parking. As you walk into Primrose you will enter a light airy sunroom with a view over the patio, with seating for 2. You can hang your coats and kick off your boots before entering the open plan living area. A comfy 2 seater sofa sits opposite the wall mounted smart TV. A well equipment modern kitchen with oven and hob and all the cooking utensils needed, Breakfast bar and stools, with also the option of more formal dining on a small table and chairs. The bathroom offers a large walk in shower. The bedroom has a zip-link bed made up as a Super King (Can be singles upon request) with a wardrobe, bed side tables and matching chest of drawers.

The Station, a former Victorian railway station, is well worth a visit a few minutes’ walk down the hill. A community enterprise with a restaurant, cinema, bakery, shop and gallery. You can grab yourself a delicious ice cream from Archers if the weather is kind for you.

One of Richmond’s most popular rambles is The Easby Loop, starting from The Station this walk offers fine views, the rushing River Swale, picturesque ruins of Easby Abbey, picnic sites galore and an eerie folk tale

After a busy day exploring our beautiful town why not try and catch a performance at the incredible Georgian Theatre Royal. Built in 1788 it is amongst the oldest working theatres in its original form, it is both a thriving community playhouse and a living museum.
