Brand new (2020 built!) apartment in Ithaca. This is a private apartment at the lower level of our house and features all-new finishings, a new mattress, a kitchenette and full bathroom.
This quiet private space surrounded by nature is just a 10-minute drive from downtown Ithaca and Ithaca College and 7 minutes from Cornell campus.

Relax in the large yard, with an outdoor firepit and dining area, or work in this quiet space with fast wifi. We have a large driveway for parking with a short path around the house to your own private entrance.

We are located on route 79, 10-minutes from Ithaca downtown and the Commons where several local restaurants and local shops are. The apartment is a 7-minute drive to Cornell campus and 9 minutes to Ithaca College.

The closest spots from the apartment include the Six Mile Creek winery and Brookton's Market, where you can enjoy breakfast and a large selection of craft beers/ciders, both less than a 5-minute drive away. Copper Horse Coffee Roasters is just down the street from our house (about 4 buildings over), where you can purchase freshly roasted coffee beans!

East Hill Plaza is a 7-minute drive, where you can find a supermarket, Walgreens, and several restaurant options.
