For the tranquility of our guests we perform disinfection of the department after each occupation following the protocols of the World Health Organization to prevent the spread of the Corona Virus SARSCoV2 disease producer COVID19.
The virus is effectively inactivated from the surfaces with a solution of ethanol (62-71% alcohol), hydrogen peroxide (0.5% hydrogen peroxide) or sodium hypochlorite (0.1% bleach), in only one minute.
Frequent hand washing with soap and water is the most effective way to avoid contagion.

Its great location allows you to take short walks to places of interest.

All within 4 blocks of the apartment you will find grocery stores, ATM, fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh pasta, butcher shop, bakery, pharmacy and a bigger supermartket (4 blocks).

It has the necessary elements for a comfortable stay, ideal for two people.

Guests staying for a week or more will have the option of using 2 folding bicycles at no additional cost, accepting to return them in the same conditions they are delivered and assuming the replacement cost at the market price at that time in case of theft or loss. Please ask for conditions.
In the case of reservations done for less time please consult the price and conditions of its use. Usually we charge only one day of rental for the whole stay.

Modern, beautiful and fully equipped kitchen, comfortable to cook meals. It has everything you may need, a new fridge-freezer, automatic washing machine, and new appliances. It has a charming bow window, my favourite place to sit for a coffee and read a book.

New small bathroom with bidet, with its walls and floor coated with porcelanato and equipped with modern, high-quality design elements. Shower with no tub, but big enough.

All facilities are electric (cooking, heating and electric water heater). It has no gas to minimize risks and provide greater security.

Check- in and out can be flexible depending on the arrival and departure of our guests. Check-in 14.00, check-out 11.00 hrs.

Prior to your arrival, I will send you your code to open the door lock and suggestions on interesting places to enjoy Mendoza.

You may park your car on the street for free.

The loft is situated in the “Quinta Seccion”, a recognized centric, residential neighbourhood with an unbeatable location. It’s in the heart of the city but still preserves some tranquillity.

The loft is a 6-minutes walk from our well-known entertainment district on "Aristides Villanueva" avenue, with its 7 blocks full of popular restaurants and bars one next to the other one, very crowded at night. During the summer nights, the sidewalks are lined with people enjoying outdoor dining, and during the cooler months, the restaurants remain filled as the nightlife remains active.

The apartment is a 6-minute walk to the "Parque General San Martin", with its secure pedestrian circuit around the lake, very nice to go exercising or for just to grab some things and enjoy a picnic. It has many green hectares, with a golf club, a regatta club, horse riding club, exercising free stations and rental bikes. Always filled with people!

The loft is a 10 -minute walk to downtown and 15 to the pedestrian and Plaza Independencia, our main square.

Easy access from the airport and bus station.

It is located a few blocks from downtown, main squares and theatres; just meters from the park, “Parque General San Martin” and from boutiques, bars and restaurants. There are also Civic Center and tourist agencies nearby.

You will experience what it feels to live like a Mendocino!
