The space
Being offered as a vacation rental for the first time, this 3 bedroom home has 1-queen bedroom on the main floor with a walk through 3 piece bathroom, 2 bedrooms upstairs with 1-queen bedroom and bunk room which can sleep 4. Also has a new queen sofa bed in living room and single sofa bed in the upstairs landing. Newly furnished inside and out and includes new appliances in kitchen. Separate laundry has full sized washer and dryer.

You can find lots of boat and toy rentals at the various Marinas located within a short drive.
