Mi Sueno is a single family home located on a sand dune that boasts gorgeous second row views. The open floor plan, large deck spaces and first floor lounge area are great for tons of family fun. The driveway is located on a hill and allows for enough space for 4 cars and has an outdoor shower. The whole house is newly renovated and ready for guests. Linens included. We are located 7 minutes to all shopping, food and nightlife. Come and spend time enjoying the beautiful Crystal Coast!

BEACH HOUSE DETAILS AND AMENITIES
There is enough room for a group of 6 with 1200 square feet of living space.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is well equipped with many appliances, untensils, plates, cups, pots, pans, coffee maker (K-cup and Full pot brew).

LAUNDRY
The laundry is located off the kitchen. The laundry set is a brand new top load washer and front load dryer. This is also where you will found the wifi router.

LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM
The living and dining room are surrounded by gorgeous picture windows leaving you unobstructed views of the coastline. You will find family fun games as well as a desk for your use as a workspace. A smart tv with access to HULU+Live.

DECK
There are a total of 3 decks. The front deck is a smaller landing that leads you into the house. There are lounge chairs for your convenience. The back decks have stunning 2nd row unobstructed views of the water. A sunning deck on the second floor adds to the experience and allows for plenty of space of family fun. The bottom deck the ultimate relaxation spot where we love to lounge and enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing.

PARKING
This is a private stand alone home. There are two available spots right behind each other under the home as well as 2 available spots in the driveway. We recommend using the provided parking blocks and using your emergency break as the parking is on a steep hill.

WHAT YOU MAY NOT LOVE
-You will have to walk a steep hill while parking as well as to get to the beach.

OVERVIEW

We are a 7 minute drive away from most restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, rentals, ice cream shops, nightlife, putt-putt golf, go carts and the pier.

Our neighborhood is quiet with fantastic helpful neighbors. There is an active neighborhood watch with whom we stay in contact with regarding safety.
