Hi everyone, at my home you are being offered a bright 20 sm room in a traditional Viennese old-style-house with it's typical high ceilings, that provide the rooms with their unique charm. The apartment is located just a few blocks from the vibrating Naschmarkt, which leads directly to Karlsplatz and right into the city center. For details please dont hesitate to contact me. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, but not at all extinct. Guests feel very different about the noise level of the street. Some enjoy the quiet area, as they experience it, others talk about a "noisy street". In my experience both cases can be true, although I would deffinitely tend to say that the area in general is very calm an safe.

Beneath the flat there is an Arab cultural club run by an Egyptian, sometimes attended by large groups of playing and hookah smoking men of all ages. When you pass by, you get a breath of this incomparable decelerated idyll, and come back to the apartment quite relaxed.

Opposite the corner is a dreamy little Turkish vegetable and meat market, which attracts the Turkish inhabitants of the area. In the side streets of Siebenbrunnengasse you will find countless small shoemakers, tailors, locksmiths and mobile phone shops. The nearby Siebenbrunnenplatz and the surrounding playgrounds and parks fill with children, adults and old people from the first warm spring days. All this and much more gives the area its unique charm and its very peculiar romance.

Over the last few years, the 5th district has gentrified continually, the farther you go down Margaretenstraße and towards the city center, the more you will find eclectic small shops, boutiques, all sorts of fair and sustainable shops and concept stores, among them young ones open-minded people frolic.

A little further out there is more multiculturalism. From the Reinprechtsdorferstraße you will meet a healthy mix of people from the ex-Yugoslavian countries, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Turkey and the various Arab countries to India.

The "Grätzl", as they say in Vienna, is therefore quite vibrant, be it cultural or economic, creative or hospitality versatility.
