Sundaise Satinay 636 is one of the highest of the Satinay Villa’s... being located on the hill gives amazing glimpse of the sea while you enjoy your morning cuppa or sneaky drink on the deck in the afternoon.
Privately owned, this villa is owned by a family of 5, who know the value of having the right space for a family.

The space
In July 2021 we gave our Villa a facelift with a new lounge suite, new smart TV’s in the main bedroom and lounge room. The kitchen has a new large family friendly fridge... plenty of room to store extra snacks or fish you catch on the jetty. The new outdoor settings allow 6 people to sit comfortably on the deck for dinner, and then move to the outdoor lounge to enjoy the serenity or sunset over the bay.
Sleeping comfortably for 5 people there is 1 x Queen size bed, smart TV and wardrobe in the main bedroom, the second bedroom has 1 double bed, 1 single ensemble and wardrobe (Fresh linen provided for both bedrooms).

In the living room you find a Large flat screen smart TV with foxtel and couch that seats 6 people .Optus wifi .

The bathroom has a Shower, spa bath and hairdryer (fresh bath towels supplied). (Pool towels are available at the resort reception).

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave and full size fridge. Nespresso coffee machine ( pods not supplied ) . The villa has a Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Drying-rack and pegs also available. Each room is also air-conditioned.

The villa has a large outdoor deck complete with outdoor setting, inc 6 seater outdoor setting and outdoor lounge.
