Welcome to our bright, welcoming home with views from the private terrace across the Maspalomas sand dunes, out to the Atlantic Ocean. Set in a peaceful complex of 50 bungalows with lush tropical gardens and a large pool, which is solar heated in winter, this is the ideal place to relax with your home comforts, whilst having all the amenities of Playa del Ingles within a few minutes walk. Access the dunes promenade directly from the complex for fantastic photo opportunities on your doorstep.

The space
The bungalow has been recently renovated throughout, and is fully equipped to provide a true home from home experience. Starting with your private terrace on which you will find an outdoor sofa, table, large parasol & your own sunbeds. Once inside, there's a comfy L-shaped sofa in the lounge area where you can watch the large TV, complete with Chromecast, or just gaze out to sea across the dunes. This room has a characterful sloped roof with a ceiling fan to keep you cool.

The dining table and chairs sit alongside the full, modern kitchen complete with fridge-freezer, microwave, electric hob, oven and dishwasher - who wants to do the dishes on holiday? There's also a Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender, plus plenty of glasses, plates, cutlery and cooking utensils.

The shower room has a large, walk in rainfall shower as well as a hand held attachment. There is plenty of storage in the drawers under the sink for your toiletries as well as the hairdryer which is provided. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom, which is free for use by our guests.

The air-conditioned bedroom has a comfy 150cm wide x 190cm long bed, plus a small desk if you are working from your holiday. There are also large wardrobes with plenty of hangers and space for your suitcases.

You can access the dunes promenade directly from the bungalow complex, with great social media opportunities possible right on your doorstep. You’re located right next door to the famous Riu Palace Maspalomas hotel at the southern tip of Playa del Ingles. There is a supermarket across the road for essentials and dozens of restaurants within easy walking distance. The Cita shopping centre is about 7 minutes walk away with a larger supermarket and the Yumbo Centre is around 15-20 minutes walk for a better choice of shops. You have all the action and facilities you need close by, but a peaceful holiday home to relax in. The Gran Canaria Tennis Academy is just 5 minutes walk from the bungalow where you can rent courts or book tennis lessons.
