Our single family 3 bed 2.5 bath 1849 sqft. home backs up to a greenbelt where from the 2nd floor balcony you can watch the sunset and Lake Conroe. Our elevated spacious deck with pergola and fire pit allow you to savor your meals outdoors or lounge in comfort under the crape myrtle trees. Bring your boat or jet skis and park in the 2-car garage or spacious driveway.

April Sound is a Country Club Community with rolling hills, 3 golf courses, a lake driving range, pool, gym and social events year round for members. April Sound Marina allows boat launches for residents and guests. There is a bulkhead running from the clubhouse along the lake shore with ladders to enter and exit the lake and dock your watercraft. April Plaza Marina has boat rentals and other watercraft. Margaritaville has day passes to enjoy the pool, lazy river and arcade. Southern Empress River Boat has dinner and murder mystery cruises Saturday evenings.
