Wake up to the sounds of birds and enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the terrace with a breathtaking view of peak Ushba and the forest. The place is very private and yet it's within walking distance to Hatsvali ski resort and ski lift (50 meters).

The space
Our beautiful cottage is perfect for a family, couple, or for a group of friends' getaway. Everything is new and well made.
You can find 1 bedroom on the second floor, which can host three people- 1 Double-size bed and 1 single bed. The main floor can host two people with a large sofa bed. Both first and second-floor beds have panoramic views and you can wake up to breathtaking views.
On the main floor, you will find a private fully equipped bathroom and shower cabin, also a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
The cottage has a private terrace with chairs and small wooden DIY tables for your morning or evening coffee/tea.
