Prepare your own breakfast, meals here, keep your drinks, icecreams cold, do your laundry, relax in well kept garden, good neigbourhood, enjoy the breeze of tall tropical trees, prepare your own tee or coffee whenever you would like. The host lives in the same compound, assistance in surroundings, shoppings guaranteed.

The space
This tiny duplex was a servant quarter, technical unit and store. And now it is specially designed for short stays. You can wash your cloths here after safaris or long travel, our bedrooms are tiny but cozy, from the south windows of the upper floor you could observe the local life of neighbouring houses and ongoing construction development of some premices, the backyards of other local settlements, the north windows are facing our premises and garden. In the evening you could sit on tiny upper terrace and enjoy the evening East African breeze. Me or someone in charge will assist you on request.

This duplex was built after the World War Second, it was used as servant quarter. Later it became a store and technical unit for water and power supply. In 2021 it was partially redesigned, renovated. The duplex is located in the safe, residential part of Tanga( Bombo-Raskazone areas). It is 5 minutes drive to downtown and markets, public places, 10 minutes walk until Indian Oceans public swimming options. This is the smallest house on the big territory where other four residential units are located (please see their photos attached).

I love multicultural environment. Love learning languages, good company with wine, sewing, cooking, can not live without swimming. Love jazz, classical, instrumental music. Lived many years in Istanbul, love Berlin, Geneve and London.
