Gorgeous and spacious Rustico cottage with harbour, dune and ocean views out most windows and an acre lot to roam and enjoy. A short walk (5 mins to dune path, 5-8 mins from there to water) takes you to a world class beach where you can walk for miles and enjoy the morning sunrises and evening sunsets. A quick drive gets you to the best bakeries, seafood, fiddle music, bike trails, golf courses, National Parks, fishing trips, etc. 20 minutes to the airport and 25 minutes to Charlottetown.

The space
This 5 bedroom, 3 bath home is on two levels. The main level has cozy a screened porch with a dining table and lovely sitting area. Enter from there to the well appointed kitchen and gorgeous window lined open dining/living room with a propane fireplace and tons of comfortable seating.

Our kitchen has all dishes and appliances you'll need including a drip coffee maker, Nespresso with milk frother, kettle, microwave, range/oven, dishwasher, blender, crock pot, double sink and large double door fridge/freezer. All with a beautiful vista view! We also provide all pantry basics including a variety of teas, coffee, sugar, spices, flour, oils, vinegars and basic condiments so you're not lugging your own!

For those who need to check into work or put some hours in on that unfinished novel, there's an office off the kitchen.

Down the hallway you'll find a master bedroom with king bed, gorgeous view, walk in closet and ensuite bath. Two more bedrooms and a full bathroom round out the main floor -- a queen room and a two-twins room, both with lots of storage.

Downstairs is our brand new renovated lower level -- we don't call it a basement because it walks out to the back of the house! There's a queen room, a bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds, a gorgeous bathroom, a laundry room, a mud room for those back-from-the-beach sessions, a rec room with a 55 inch HDTV AND an exercise area.

And we're not done -- outside there's an acre mowed lawn big enough for a full soccer game (don't worry -- we've got the sporting goods for you), a firepit overlooking the fields and water, and several different deck spaces and chairs to choose from as you search for your perfect vantage to watch the boats come in and out of the harbour and the sun rise and fall.

This is the perfect space for a family or two families to share.
