Our newly built holiday house is located in the picturesque village of Speiden in the middle of the foothills of the Alps. The unique location offers pure tranquillity and a fantastic "far view" of green meadows and forests up to the Allgäu Alps...
... the ideal place for relaxation and recreation! But also the perfect starting point for an eventful holiday in the beautiful Allgäu.

The space
Modern architecture meets traditional Allgäu building culture! … This is the HOUSE with FORESIGHT.
The holiday house with two floors (110 m²) is only inhabited by you and can accommodate up to six people. The rooms are stylish and furnished with attention to detail. The ground floor has a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sofa corner. There is also a small storage room and a guest toilet.
A large panoramic window over the entire width of the house opens up the view into the landscape and floods the room with light. In front there is a large furnished sun terrace and a garden.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms (a double bedroom and a room with double bed and sofa bed), as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. All rooms are equipped with floor heating.
Sustainability is important to us!
The building is constructed according to the latest energy standards in wood construction and is 100% supplied with a geothermal heating system. A PV system on the roof additionally ensures sustainable power generation.

Eisenberg is a small community between Pfronten and Füssen with about 1200 inhabitants. On the castle hill, the two castle ruins Frey and Eisenberg are enthroned. The particularly charming district of Speiden is characterized by the baroque pilgrimage church Mariahilf, rural agriculture, the Mariahilfer brewhouse (brewery inn) and not least because of its picturesque location in the middle of the Allgäu countryside.
