Welcome to our fully renovated inside & out, furnished with all brand new furniture, mattresses, appliances & more. Come stay in our five bedroom (sleeps 19), four full bath beachfront oasis. Begin your family’s memories in OIB with the unbeatable ocean front views from two separate ocean front master bedrooms. Invite family to stay in secondary bedrooms & invite children to enjoy the bunk room with private bathrooms. Come see our open kitchen to the great room that overlooks the pool & ocean!

The space
Our ocean front home is your own private oasis. This completely renovated five bedroom, four bathroom home finished renovations in December of 2021. It is equipped with all new furniture, mattresses, appliances and a kitchen full of new dish ware and utensils. This home has five bedrooms. One main level ocean front King has a private bathroom. Another main level street side bedroom is a King size bed with a bathroom that has another door shared to the hallway. Up the beautiful hard wood staircase you’ll find a bunk bed room perfect for the kids and young adults! Three bunk beds with a double size bed on the bottom. And twin beds on top. This bedroom has its own private bathroom with a bathtub. The upstairs street side bedroom is a King size bed with a Jack and Jill bathroom to the ocean side King size bed. This home has brand new decks and balconies. It has private steps to the beach, and our backyard is equipped with a saltwater pool and a patio with BBQ grill and fire pit. Parking for up to 6 cars and keyless entry, making your vacation easy! Please note: Guests must be 25 or older to book & parent/guardian must accompany guests for entire length of their stay or subject to forfeit their reservation and all paid money.

Our home is perfectly located on the west end of OIB. It is about a mile from the Ocean Isle Pier, arcade, mini golf and restaurants. Our home is in the middle of a block, so you have a much quieter beach with your own private beach entrance (not near a public beach access).

Chris & Kelly Anne (we) are the parents to four young kids. We have family who live in Ocean Isle Beach who allowed us to discover all that OIB has to offer. Our family fell in love with the family friendly beaches, parks and people.
