We built the summer cottage in 2006, for a summer home stayed on.

We lived in the cottage 8 years when we wanted a bigger house. We love it year around.

We are isolated with 3 neighbors (not close) and the river at our front door. Good boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming , hiking, bird watching (with a eagle nest across the river).
December through February, it is best if you come with 4 wheel drive. Having said that , we keep the road plowed and the hill sanded.

Our home is 100 yards from cottage, no other homes in sight. Beautiful view of river from porch, 200 ft from water. very quiet, especially in evening, hear birds especially at night.
