Welcome to Villa Suenos where you will be mesmerized by the amazing views and sunsets from the 3000 sf home perched on the hillside above Potrero Beach. Enjoy the panoramic views from the dining room, rotunda and living room of the surrounding mountains, marina and Pacific ocean. From the house you can enjoy the sound of the howler monkeys and birds in the trees nearby as well as the soft sounds of the waves hitting the beach. It truly is paradise!

The space
Enjoy three spacious bedrooms and four full baths. The fully furnished kitchen include filtered water to the sink and refrigerator. Laundry room includes full size washer and dryer. Two of the bedrooms open to the deck, pool and adjacent outdoor shower connected to one of the bedrooms. After a day at the beach, come home and relax in the large lighted infinity pool with built in bar stools and covered seating area.
