Welcome to Bethesda! A very safe and affluent city here in Maryland. You are in the middle of everything; and only a 10-15 minute drive into Northwest Washington DC. Also this place is less than 5 minutes drive to the National Institutes of Health(NIH). The neighborhood itself is surrounded by several restaurants. 1-2 minute walk into the city of Bethesda and a 30 minute drive away from the DCA airport.

The space
The complex is located in a central location close to many attractions, restaurants, and parks . Very contemporary interior, neighbors are respectful, please note however that the building/outside the building is smoke friendly, the apartment itself isn’t. All necessary amenities are provided. Electro-static disinfection completed after each guest to enhance safety measures regarding COVID-19. Please note the “building” is pet friendly not the apartment itself.
