The cutest little room in the cutest space. The Birdhouse Retreat is a boutique property situated in the lap of nature, perfect for those who want a retreat from the hustle bustle of city life. Surrounded on all sides by pristine forests, and away from all the crowded and noisy places, we invite you for the perfect vacation in the mountains. This particular room is perfect for solo travelers looking to stay for a long time in the mountains.

The space
We have 3 double, and 1 triple occupancy room with attached baths and balconies on the first floor. The ground floor consists of 2 single rooms, and 1 Triple Occupancy Room which have common bathrooms. This room is on the ground floor and is one of the rooms with a common bathroom.

Apart from these rooms, we have a common area with games and books, and a working-table designed for up to 5 people to work from. There's also a separate dining area set up for 6-8 guests. Our property has gardens and open land on both the front and the back sides where you can just spread a bed sheet and have a picnic if you wish.

We are located in a very quiet, peaceful & secluded area near the Gallu Devi Temple which is around 5 kms from Mcleodgunj Market. The location is at the top of the hill and adjacent to the jungle. It's the best spot to stay at if you like walking around as there are lots of trails to explore close by. Upper Dharamkot is 750 metres (15 minutes) away by walk and has a lot of cafes you can explore.
