Very Centric and Sunny 90m2 Apartment with a Balcony and chill area, all equipped, inside of an elegant Eixample style building.

10 mins walk to Plaza Catalunya, La Rambla and Paseo de Gracia. Excellent connection to airport, direct bus (Aerobus) right on our street.

Urgell(L1), Sant Antoni(L2) and Universidad(L1 and L2) metro stations at 3 mins walk. Direct bus/metro lines to Sagrada Familia and the Beach.
Paid parking garage below the property.
Many shops, bars and restaurants in the area.

The space
☀ Our Villarroel Apartment is located in a stylish Eixample residence. It is very functional, with three double bedrooms and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay: TV, WI-FI, Centralized Heating, Air Conditioning, Washing Machine, Fridge&Freezer, Microwave, Cooktops, Oven, Coffee Machine, Kettle, Toaster, Iron, Hair dryer, Cutlery and all the necessary cooking utensils.

Bed sheets, towels, shampoo and shower gels are also included in the price.

☀ Our initial occupancy is for 6 people but we can welcome up until 8 guests upon request.

There is a patisserie beneath the apartment where you can have breakfasts, and lots of great restaurants for your lunch and dinners. Cafes, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, bio-organic stores and supermarkets all in walking distance.

Our apartment is ideally located in the centre of Barcelona, in the Eixample neighbourhood. This area is home to some of Barcelona’s best bars, cafés and restaurants. You can also find some of the city´s top attractions within walking distance, including Gaudí’s Casa Batlló and La Pedrera. Located just a short stroll from the apartment you will find Plaça Catalunya, considered the heart of Barcelona, and the famous shopping street Passeig de Gràcia, as well as the emblematic Las Ramblas street.

A Centric Barcelona location and being very close to Plaza Catalunya makes our apartment an exceptional choice for you. Our area is very well connected in terms of public transportation and allows you to reach any point of the city very easily. Bus and metro are just beneath the building.
