Unique Glamping experience on the water. Nice lounge with panoramic views, large well appointed terrace and space for your small boat. Take your meals/barbecues and relax surrounded by water and nature, watching birds, beavers or fish. DESCRIPTION OF accommodation:
Aloberge 6 is the last of the six units of the Reguge de l 'Île (the one closest to the Richelieu)
The floating platform measures 12 x 26 feet and is permanently attached to the dock.
The 10' x 12' Ready-To-Camp Pavilion includes :
-Two single benches with slatted bed bases that stretch into two glued double beds (sleeping capacity 3, but accommodation is ideal for 2)
-THE following kitchen equipment: compact fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee-maker and Keurig coffee-maker with reusable k-cup, mixer, basic dishes for 3 people.
- Outdoor barbecue with built-in cooking round, barbecue utensils and barbecue plate or mat, stove and cast iron woken for barbecue, adapter to have the choice of bringing small (1 lb) or large gas canister (gas canister not included, but available for rent or sale nearby)
-A hot and cold water distributor. Running water (not certified potable) is only available at the dock entrance (cold water) and at the harbour office (sinks with cold and hot water).
- Small attachment appliances if needed (heater/fan & air cooler)
- Single and double sheets and pillows (blankets not included)
- Bath products: (set of towels for 3 people, hairdryer, first aid kit, and small local samples of ecological bath products)
- Storage (banquette drawers, small shelves)
- Windows on the 4 sides (anti-uvial wrap), several of which open to ensure good natural ventilation.
- Well of semi-opaque light on the ceiling that can be covered at night.
- Second exit at the back for access to the back balcony and barbecue.

The large front terrace (12' x 10') includes :
- 2 sun loungers with zero gravity
-An outdoor dining table that can be extended, and to the two chairs in place can be added the chest bench located at the rear or the long folding bench located inside (can serve as a side table inside).

Toilets, sinks and unisex showers available only at the marina's harbor office (not on the accommodation).

-Free parking, located behind the accommodations

-Free access to the Refuge grounds and its infrastructure (small hiking trail allowed for dogs, sand on the tip of the tip, swimming allowed in the Richelieu at the tip of the tip, (bringing water shoes to walk on rocks), picnic tables/barbecues with briquettes, volleyball, fishing in permitted places, and outdoor fireplace)
-Place to bring a small boat for free, if it enters next to the accommodation (the available space is 8 feet by 15 feet).
-IN LOW SEASON (before St-Jean and after Labor Day): For only $45/day taxes included, possibility to add to your reservation access to all paddle boats in Aloberge (3 canoes, a single kayak, a pedal boat and a paddle board) to use one at a time per accommodation and for a limited time. Access must be paid for no later than the day before your arrival to get the code.
Note that in high season, the municipality plans to rent its own paddle boats on site, EXCEPT IN BAD WEATHER.
