The villa renovated at the end of 2020 to offer modern and comfortable accommodation, is located 150 meters from the lake and the equipped beach of the Lugana lido in a very quiet and green area.
Lakeside paths that reach San Benedetto di Lugana, Peschiera del Garda, the historic center of SIrmione on foot or by bike, as well as the famous LUGANA typical wine cellars. There are also many farmhouses nearby that offer succulent dishes handed down for generations.

The space
Recently renovated villa, at the end of 2020, with new modern rooms with latest generation technological systems also equipped with a kitchenette and a large private bathroom with a level-level shower.
The rooms are all on the ground floor with separate entrance and illuminated access path without steps.
Each room has a private terrace equipped with deck chairs, a shaded living area.

The accommodation is very close, 200mt, to the free or equipped beach of the Lugana beach which can be reached by a paved path bordering the structure. Numerous restaurants, ice cream parlors, bars and various shops are also within walking distance.
The accommodation is in a very private and quiet area for perfect relaxation
