A modern well equipped tiny house located on a private waterfront* Within minutes drive, you'll Niagara’s finest restaurants, wineries &breweries + all the attractions of Niagara Falls! 1 loft bedroom with queen size bed and available queen size pullout in the living area. Small kitchen area fully equipped and complete + outdoor BBQ. Farm fresh eggs from the resident hens. Enjoy any season
*not suitable for swimming but paddle boat available.

The space
Flew The Coop is a tiny house situated on a historical property just minutes from the cities. Loft bedroom features a cozy seating area perfect for curling up. Elegant gas fireplace keeps you snug on the cooler nights. Many outdoor activities in the area! You can go on wine and brewery tours! Amazing restaurants! Watch the Festival of Lights at Niagara Falls! The casinos! Gorgeous colours for hiking, biking and walking with many trails near by! However if you just want to kick back and relax or have work to do smart TV and Netflix plus free wifi are included.
The space is 430 sq ft of what has been described by previous guests as a great use of space! There is a gorgeous, spacious bathroom with heated flooring! Generous sized living room open concept kitchenette! Lots of additional storage for food or clothes. A fantastic place to get away! We look forward to hosting you!

Plenty of wildlife can be seen on this unique waterfront property.
Look for the beavers they are always up and down the pond! Waterfowl and other birds can be viewed while fishing, peddle boating, enjoying the fire pit, or just the great outdoors. Motorized boats and swimming are not permitted. Outlet Collections, Niagara's finest shopping, is a 5 minute drive. All the amazing natural wonders of Niagara are within a short picturesque drive. Beechwood Golf Course and Country club is a 3 minute walk!
