This parking lot level, renovated, condo has a queen bed and a walk-in shower for your comfort. The kitchen features a full size, stainless steel refrigerator, oven/range, and microwave. You will also find a George Foreman personal size electric grill and a Keurig coffee maker with a reusable pod for your own selection, or enjoy some disable pods that are waiting for you.

Enjoy the outdoor pool with the best lake view around, or relax in the indoor pool and hot tub located in the clubhouse. Also on property is a playground, tennis/basketball courts, and a picnic area. The gated community brings a comfort you will not find at many places. There is a laundry mat located in the gas station at the entrance to the property.
