Set above where the Wardsboro brook meets the West River in Jamaica, VT, our completely renovated A-frame blends the best of nature and modern living for a perfect getaway experience. Close to Stratton, Mt. Snow, Magic Mountain & Bromley as well as Ball Mountain Brook, Jamaica State Park, Hamilton and Pikes Falls. Put on some records and cozy up to the fire, listen to the river soaking in our wood burning hot tub or roast some marshmallows and check out the stars-this is the recharge you need.

The space
Our open, art filled home has been completely remodeled with our guests needs in mind. The deck is set up for grilling and outdoor dining The fire pit is perfect to sit out on cold nights and enjoy the sounds of the river. The snorkel wood burning hot tub is heavenly (completely sealed and working perfectly) it does take several hours to heat but is well worth the effort! There’s a full bed in the loft and bunk beds (no guardrails) on the first floor. The top bunk is good for older children or adults. Linens are all cotton (or linen), fully equipped kitchen ( extra kitchen supplies in downstairs pantry ) and there’s internet TVs throughout (main area, bunk bedroom and downstairs family room). The downstairs offers more separate space for games or movies, great for families with kids.

Jamaica is a beautiful, bucolic town in Southern Vermont. It’s a great location to 4 nearby ski resorts- Stratton, Mt. Snow, Magic Mountain and Bromley. Also, there’s Jamaica State Park, Green Mountains and many Falls and nature hikes nearby.
