The hippest apartment inside the most historic building in Lander. You will be staying on the power block of Lander with most everything in walking distance. This incredible studio apartment is on the floor level of the historic Purina Mills grain elevator. The pictures barely tell the tale of how amazing this space feels once you walk through the door.
You are located on a busy corner so expect street noise and foot traffic. There are street lights on at night.

The space
The apartment has a queen bed, small sectional couch and a pub style eating/work space. Small bathroom with shower. The kitchen is a micro-kitchenette. Counter top toaster, air fryer, microwave, hot plate , Nutribullet, drip coffee maker, french press, tea kettle and mini-fridge. Stocked with all utensils and supplies to make simple meals. 50 inch TV with Netflix.
We DO NOT allow pets. There is street light that comes in through the shades. If you are a light sensitive sleeper there are eye covers in the bedside tables.
Absolutely no smoking in or anywhere near the building.

I stock the apartment for an average stay of 4 days. If you tend to use a lot of linens and toilet paper then this might be a good practice in moderation. Water and trees are a precious resource.
Please be mindful in your consumption.

Your interior door backs up to our community space. You will occasionally hear activity on the other side of the door. We have performances and gatherings in there. Quiet time is 10:00pm for the entire building. Pop over and check out the space if you are curious. You will go out your front door and walk around to the ramped entrance. Look for #111, Bhava Shala.
