Beautiful and historic building in the Fan district of Richmond. Very close to carytown, downtown, the museum, art and business districts of Richmond, VCU and minutes from Scott’s Addition.
This a large one bedroom condo but has been creatively designed to make it feel like two bedroom condo for privacy. The long living room is partitioned with draperies that can be untied for privacy and tied for openness. The exposed brick, three fireplaces and cozy ambient lighting makes this a charming stay

The space
Large kitchen has all the amenities for cooking and baking including cook ware, lots of dishes, cups, glasses, crockpot and silverware. The kitchen boasts of lots of counter space and a large kitchen island with bar height seating for three and an additional bistro set for two. Guest can help themselves to a bottle of complimentary wine and select snack items to make them feel welcomed and at home (please note that snack items may vary in kind and availability based on the timeline it takes to get space ready for guests). A stocked coffee area is also available to guests to start off your day. Host also provides a bottle of wine for guests but because some travel with children, guest has to request for wine to be made available to them.
The main bedroom has a king bed, recess lighting, a ceiling fan and a 50inch smart TV. Off the bedroom is the luxury bathroom with an original soak tub, Spanish tiling, stand up shower and a washer and dryer. Host provides towels and shampoo and body wash.
The living room is super charming. Exposed brick to your left and envelopes to a bay window area with two functioning fireplaces. Living area has a pool table you can adjust for a fun game night with family and friends. There is also a 120inch projector screen for movie nights hooked up with all the popular streaming apps. There is also a 60inch tv for regular entertainment.

The super wide and spacious living room has been partitioned with columns and draperies to delineate a “second bedroom.” Release the draperies for privacy or keep tied up for openness. The “second bedroom” has a queen bed and a double Murphy bed and a tv. Please refer to pictures.
The condo is well lit with several original windows and luxury blinds. The hardwood floor is original to the house as well.

Outdoor living is amazing. There are two patio areas. One has a fire pit with available firewood and the other, a gas grill with adequate seating. Host can provide an outdoor movie experience at guest request (limit of one outdoor movie night per a three nights minimum stay)
There is street parking available with host providing one city of parking pass per booking. Pass must be returned upon checkout to avoid fees.
Guest can literally walk to Kroger, Whole Foods market, restaurants and shopping. It’s a few minutes drive from Richmond’s acclaimed Cary town!
