Guests often search for this popular amenity
Traditional and authentic Morocco flair with Swiss quality and standards.

Cozy, spacious and traditional townhouse (riad) in the middle of the medina / old town (very central but still quiet, constantly optimizing and adapting to trends).

Fully equipped, with its own roof terrace and perfect for 1 to 4 guests (couples, friends, families). A home in Marrakech for everyone, we look forward to diversity.

The space
Riad Petit Palais is your ideal accommodation for a shorter or longer trip to Marrakech. In cooperation with local craftsmen and artists, you have a small oasis in the middle of the center.

The entire accommodation exclusively (!) For you:
- 2 separate bedrooms with double beds and 2 single beds
- Cozy living room ("bhou", Moroccan seating area) in the covered inner courtyard
- 1 bathroom and 1 guest toilet
- Kitchen for preparing meals
- Private roof terrace with seating to relax
- Possibility for home office (Internet / WLAN throughout the house and workplace)
- TV and clothes washing machine

The city's mandatory guest tax is € 2.70 per person per night and must be paid to us on site (goes then to the authorities).

Recommendation: book the airport transfer with us at a fair price for the most relaxed journey possible. On request and depending on capacity, we will be happy to spoil you with culinary delights right in the riad.
