A historical site in the famous Fulford Valley, The Burgoyne Farm is a place to unwind. This 10 acre property is home to the original Burgoyne School built in 1889. It boasts open concept with cathedral ceilings, a cozy loft and big picturesque windows.
The family will enjoy the big wrap around deck with outside eating area with views of Mt Maxwell. Bird watch and savour sunsets as you walk the land.
Walking distance to Burgoyne Provincial Park, farm stands, winery and brewery.

The space
The property is 10 acres of old farm land with the Fulford Creek running through it. There is plenty of green spaces and gardens that are being reclaimed to wander through.
The house is approximately 2000ft2 with a big open living area with a pull out murphy bed. There is a spiral staircase that leads up to the mezzanine that has 2 bedrooms, 1 private and one open bedroom space over looking the downstairs. There is 2 queen sized beds and an extra pull out couch in the loft area. There is no bathroom upstairs.
The kitchen is large and open to the living room/dining area and fully equipped. No dishwasher.
There is a woodstove and lots of floor space for yoga or morning stretches! The double doors to the wrap around porch give lots of outside space to sprawl out. The whole family will enjoy the lawn space and there is a volley ball/badminton net for fun.
The bathroom has both bath and shower.
The large picturesque windows give views of old apple trees and roses all around the house. You will enjoy a wonder through the path that leads you through the property or check out the green house and garden.
