This house is part of a 14th century tuscan Villa, with a stunning view over Chianti hills and vineyards. It can accommodate up to 5 guests (3 beds + 1) with two bathrooms, both with shower. The villa, while historic and beautiful, is equipped with any modern amenity needed. Location is relaxing and close to Florence, Pisa, Siena, other important attractions. My family's 2 bio wineries are walking distance.

This house is part of the 14th century “Villa Bucciolini”, which belonged to the the famous playwriter Giulio Bucciolini and is located on the top of the hill of Santa Cristina, a small village of farmers now family property, in the heart of Chianti, the most beautiful area of Tuscany. The house is overlooking Chianti ’s picturesque vineyards and hills, with a stunning view from almost every window of the house.
Another key feature of this place is certainly the excellent location that provides easy access to the most important cities and attractions of Tuscany: first of all Florence is just 30 mins away driving and can be reached by bus as well. Then Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Monteriggioni, Lucca, Arezzo, Cortona, Montepulciano and other cities are all close enough for day-trips. The surrounding countryside also offers the possibility of many fascinating routes on foot and bicycle and, for golf enthusiasts, the famous golf-club “Ugolino" is only 4 kilometers away.
My family’s 2 organic farms are just a few steps away from the villa and you will be able to book wine oil and cheese tastings and visits of our cellars with a discount :)
The house is on two floors: the ground floor is formed by the living room with fireplace (not to be used) , tv and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with a double king size bed and one with 2 single beds (that can be joined together), both with private bathroom and showers. For groups of 5 guests we can add another small bed (which can be moved to the other room, if you wish).
We are "family-ready" so we can offer you a cot, we can mount a safety gate for the stairs and set a highchair.
You can fully enjoy the big garden with chairs, deck chairs, barbecue, table tennis and you can have meals in the the garden while enjoying a spectacular view of the valley, vineyards, olive groves and the adjacent woods. A large private forest is available to walk.
We provide toiletries, towels and bedlinen for you and you can use the washing machine and dryer in the house.
A bus stop towards the city is about at 600m from the house, next to a grocery shop and a restaurant (Martellina), and 2 supermarkets are 5 mins away by car.
We offer Netflix TV in the house, with lots of satellite channels that offer a range of original language movies and free wifi.
I will give you a list of the best restaurants around the house. There is private lit parking for your car.
