Newly renovated and decorated, cozy, bright, 1BR apartment in the lower level of a single family house in a quiet, pretty neighborhood. It is a complete one-bedroom apartment, with a bedroom, well-equipped kitchen, full bath and a living room space with fireplace.
Just over a mile walk to the Grosvenor Metro Station on the Red Line. Less than 2 miles from the NIH and Walter Reed. Many choices for shopping and several cafes and restaurants within 5-10 minute walk.

The space
The apartment is very bright, with a ton of natural light. Modern decoration, newly renovated space. We chose to separate the bedroom from the living room by only a heavy curtain to create a more open space. The sofa bed in the LR opens to a queen size bed.

We live upstairs and will be available by phone/text any time of the day, able to respond more or less immediately. We only share laundry that is just outside the space.
A note about possible visitors during COVID times: Please, let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors during your stay. Especially if it is going to be more than one or two visitors, which sounds like a party that we like to avoid.
